SymfonyLive London will be back in 2015 and so will we!
Marking the third installment of the hugely popular SensioLabs UK event, SymfonyLive London returned with a bang from 25th to the 26th September 2014. The two day conference once again took place in the heart of London, drawing the sharpest minds in open source enterprise software development from all corners of the globe.
On day one, we had the chance to attend some great workshops consisting of hands-on training courses from industry leading Symfony experts. It was a really interesting day, packed with opportunities to hone our skills. There was “Full Stack BDD with Symfony2” led by Marcello Duarte and Konstantin Kudryashov, “Domain-Driven Design for Symfony Developers” led by Mathias Verraes and Richard Miller and “Into the kernel and back” led by Jakub Zalas!
Day two was the main conference day, and offered the chance for the Symfony community to meet some of the ASG Symfony crew and witness the ASG prize draw. Roy Bauweraerts was the lucky winner, walking away with a brand new PS4 and copy of The Last of Us. Roy was kind enough to send us a snap of his prize back home in The Netherlands.
There were also fascinating talks on Symfony, Drupal, BDD and wider PHP topics, making SymfonyLive London 2014 an event to remember!
