Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you redeem your Valentine’s offer/deal/discount. By redeeming the offer/deal/discount, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them.
1. To redeem this offer/deal/discount, the user must become a client of Advance Recruitment UK Limited by agreeing and signing Terms of Business by 15th March 2016
2. A 10% discount will be applied to the first successful placement (the qualifying placement) that takes place in 2016 under the agreed Terms of Business
3. To be eligible for this offer/deal/discount, the candidate’s start date/the invoice date for the qualifying placement must occur on or before 31st December 2016
4. For the avoidance of doubt, this offer/deal/discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other with any other offer/deal/discount
5. This offer/deal/discount is limited to one per client
6. Advance Recruitment UK Limited is not responsible for inaccurate offer/deal/discount details supplied to any client/individual by any third party whether that party be connected with Advance Recruitment UK Limited or not
7. Advance Recruitment UK Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer/deal/discount and these Terms of Use without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, alien invasion, act of God, dragon attack, apocalypse (zombie or otherwise), plague or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the company’s control. Any changes to the offer/deal/discount will be notified to the client as soon as possible
Refer a Friend
The Refer a Friend promotion can gain the user of the offer/deal/discount a further 5% off the fee for the qualifying placement made under the Terms of Use. Please read the below carefully before participating in the Refer a Friend promotion.
1. Any user of the original offer/deal/discount may participate in the Refer a Friend promotion
2. To qualify for the Refer a Friend promotion, the company you refer must become a client of Advance Recruitment UK Limited by agreeing and signing Terms of Business by 15th March 2016
3. You may refer any company by forwarding the original Valentine’s Deal email promotion to them. To ensure you receive your additional discount, you must supply the details of the company referred to Advance Recruitment UK Limited by email at promotions@asginternational.co.uk
4. Before supplying any company’s email addresses/contact details and inviting them to participate in the Refer a Friend promotion you must ensure that you have the permission of each company you recommend to be contacted by Advance Recruitment UK Limited
5. By participating in the Refer a Friend promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, and that the decision of Advance Recruitment UK Limited is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion
