Salary:                   £45,000 – £50,000

Due to significant further business wins within their Print Management division there is now a need for a talented Senior Account Manager to join their business and deliver a right first time, world class service.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager your core responsibility will be the delivery of Print/POS and Promotional Merchandise campaigns. You will be integral in strengthening the relationships with clients and you will be relied upon to provide support for their day-to-day print requirements.  You will quickly develop an understanding of your clients business and industry sector.  The company will expect you to review and  revise current procedures to ensure efficiency.  You will be integral to managing supplier relationships; you will review these regularly to ensure all print is delivered with all set SLA. You will be the senior lead within the client services team you will be the first line remediation of any client complaints, operational challenges.

You will he lead on writing reports to provide to line and client alike.

The Required Skills and Experience

It goes without saying that a Senior Account Manager will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Commercial Print and POS and ideally have some knowledge of Promotional Merchandise. You will possess a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management with a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. You will have strong exposure to Print Management and you will be skilled with dealing with suppliers. You will have a history of managing supplier relationships.  To be successful as the Senior Account Manager, you must be innovative and have experience of finding effective solutions for client requirements.  You will be working on multiple projects, so strong organisation and time management is a must.  You will have strong operational management who is experience of being the go to person within a client services team.
