The Opportunity

A next-level-opportunity has arisen for a Senior Account Manager – Retail POS and multinational outsourcer of various retail and marketing solutions. As a leader within marketing outsourcing and marketing procurement, they manage to successfully deliver on large scale contracts with international A-brand clients thanks to their extensive supplier networks, their innovative cutting-edge technology and the fantastic subject matter expertise their workforce. In this role the core focus will be on organisation of strategy and operations for projects, procurement and production of mainly Retail POS partners.

The Role

The Senior Account Manager – Retail POS Items you will be accountable for all Print related Item related for your designated FMCG brand partners. This will include managing the strategy, operational aspects, the various stakeholders including the team, the client contacts and suppliers but also the KPIs, the SLAs. This will also include analytically improving processes and passionately seeking for innovation and ecological improvements within service offerings. You will be responsible for service delivery, operational success of the team and accounts. You will quickly develop an understanding of your account and their workflows and become their trusted partner when it comes to consulting on print and POS

 The Required Skills and Experience

As the Senior Account Manager –Retail POS you will have extensive experience in marketing execution and / or procurement. Specifically in the area of Print and POS, skills in Large Format Print will be ideal. A background within a marketing agency, creative agency, print management company, retail marketing firm, BPO /or managed services firms linked to marketing services and solutions might fit best. Ideally someone who has managed A-brand accounts. Links to the Retail sector will be very beneficial.
