Due to significant growth within their key account division, there is now a need for a talented Senior Account Manager to join and contribute towards the management of an onsite team.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will work onsite with a key client and your core responsibility will be the delivery of POS campaigns. The team will arrange and delivery instore/window marketing campaigns. Your role will be ensuring the efficient delivery of these campaigns. You will take the lead with a team of Account Managers and you take the lead on providing high quality customer service. Your role is integral to strengthening the relationships with clients and you will be relied upon to provide support for their day to day print requirements. Working on site with a key client will require you to build strong relationships face to face as well as quickly developing an understanding of your client’s business and industry sector. The company will expect you to work with the rest of the team to review and revise current procedures to ensure efficiency. Working closely with a list of suppliers you will be important to managing these long-term relationships
The Required Skills and Experience
The successful Senior Account Manager will have extensive knowledge of POS. You will have good knowledge of marketing print as well as 2D and 3D POS. An understanding of the retail sector would be very beneficial. With the role taking the lead in regards to team management you must have managed a headcount in the past. You will have a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management coupled with a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. You will be innovative and have experience finding effective solutions to client requirements. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be comfortable working in a contracted environment. It goes without saying that you will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but, to excel in this role, you will also need strong experience of providing innovative ways to add additional value, and revenue, to active accounts.
