As a Senior Account Manager, you will work with a key client and your core responsibility the planning, implementation and delivery of digital solutions in retail for a major automotive client. Your role will be ensuring the efficient delivery of this solution. This person will be responsible for managing key client relationships working closely with the Account Director and the central and regional operational teams. The role requires pro-active management of all key project deliverables across hardware, installation, maintenance and content delivery. Bringing innovation and insights to the client is key together with robust and reliable project management. The Senior Account Manager will be accountable for strategic and day to day operations of multi country/global clients providing high level account management support for the client on global level; work collaboratively with all parties to manage client related strategic and operational activities. You will Analyse job revenue, cost, and profitability, as well as quarterly and yearly analysis. Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews to present to the client
The Required Skills and Experience
The successful Senior Account Manager will have extensive knowledge and understanding of the digital signage, namely; software, hardware and Screen OEMs. You will have knowledge of content design installs. An understanding of the retail sector would be very beneficial. You will have a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management coupled with a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. You will be innovative and have experience finding effective solutions to client requirements. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be comfortable working in a contracted environment. It goes without saying that you will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but, to excel in this role, you will also need strong experience of providing innovative ways to add additional value, and revenue, to active accounts.
