This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join an Independently owned Boutique Promotional Merchandise Agency. They have an ever-increasing portfolio from cutting edge, youth orientated, trendy products to more classic corporate merchandise. You will be trusted with taking the lead on a diverse spectrum of premium and promotional campaigns for a number of clients.
As an Sales Coordinator your core responsibility will be to provide support to the Account Management team. You will be integral in ensuring the client services team provide a first-time first-class service. You will manage the team’s inbox and respond to clients needs as and when you need them. The Sales Coordinator will monitor campaigns and ensure the Account Management team are kept up to date with progress of all projects. You will also help to ensure print projects are produced within contractual SLA and it will be part of your responsibility to ensure contractual and commercial terms are meet. You will keep a close eye on account administration, you will help process orders and also assist with invoicing. Reporting is integral to any client relationship and you will ensure reports and accurate. As in any Sales Coordinator role you will provide a excellent customer service to both clients and suppliers.
The Required Skills and Experience
The successful Sales Coordinator will ideally have experience of an operational role and have worked in a client services role where you directly deal with clients. You will have some experience of working Clients Services, Account Management or a sales support role. You will also need a good understanding of MIS and be confident in ensuring that all information added to the MIS is accurate. You will be innovative and be effective at finding solutions to client requirements. As an Sales Coordinator you will be working on multiple projects so strong organisation and time management is a prerequisite.
