Due to significant growth within their key account division and due to the need to expand their subject matter expertise in the field of POS / POP / Display / in-store (and associated like printing and gifts), they are seeking a new expert to join the team. As the Italian and South European side of the business is relatively young, there will be excellent and outstanding progression opportunities.
As Key Account Manager – POS / Display your core responsibility will be the buying and delivery of Print campaigns and materials. You will be integral in strengthening the relationships with clients and suppliers and you will be relied upon to provide expert advice and premium support for their day-to-day offline marketing material requirements. A key part is to look above and beyond the standard points and look in to aspects like innovative concepts and recyclable materials. The company will also expect you to provide your POS / POP / Display / in-store expertise in helping to manage supplier relationships, at national and international level, to ensure all print and other offline solutions are delivered within set SLA’s. You will coordinate your own projects and the company will encourage you to grow and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills and Experience
It goes without saying that an Key Account Manager – POS / Display will be tenacious, driven and eager to shine as the chosen in-house expert in the field! Having previous (wide and deep) experience with running POS / POP / Display / in-store but also print and marketing materials is essential. You will possess a previous experience in Client Services (ideally with big global clients). To be successful as the Account Manager – Print / POS, you must be innovative and have experience of finding effective “out of the box” solutions for client requirements and work to set deadlines and budgets. The languages for this role are English + Italian. Combining organisation, communication and administrative skills are all essential to succeed in this role. Having a connection to FCMG, Retail, Tech or the Pharma sector is all advantageous.
