As an Junior Account Manager your core responsibility will be to provide support to the Account Management team. You will be integral in ensuring the client services team provide a first-time first-class service. You will manage the team’s inbox and respond to clients needs as and when you need them. The Account Executive will monitor print campaigns and ensure the Account Management team are kept up to date with progress of all projects. You will also help to ensure print projects are produced within contractual SLA and it will be part of your responsibility to ensure contractual and commercial terms are meet. You will keep a close eye on account administration, you will help process orders and also assist with invoicing. Reporting is integral to any client relationship and you will ensure reports and accurate. As in any Account Management role you will provide a excellent customer service to both clients and suppliers.
The Required Skills and Experience
The successful Account Executive will ideally have experience of an operational role and have worked in a client services role where you directly deal with clients. You will have some experience of working Clients Services, Account Management or maybe a sales support role. You will also need a good understanding of MIS and be confident in ensuring that all information added to the MIS is accurate. Due to the importance of reports you will be confident using Excel and ideally have experience of V Lookups and Pivot Tables. You will be innovative and be effective at finding solutions to client requirements. As an Account Executive you will be working on multiple projects so strong organisation and time management is a prerequisite.
