Due to significant growth within their key account/POS division, there is now a need for a talented Installation and Distribution Manager to join and contribute towards the delivery of special installations for a tier 1 retail client
As an Installation and Distribution Manager, you will work with a key client and your core responsibility will be to support the end to end installation and distribution activities for all of their client’s campaign activity. The client expects that all campaign support services are executed to exceptionally high standards and it will be your responsibility to drive these high standards. You will work with global installation suppliers and manages distribution of product and installation windows. There is a need to work very closely with the client services team as they will manage the production of the POS, once produced you will then manage all further activities. You will assist with stock management of POS. Working with the client service team to develop best practice and also to report of service failures and non-conformance issues. Supplier management is key to the role so you will need to build and develop strong working relationships. It will also be your responsibility to ensure SLA’s are adhered to.
The Required Skills and Experience
The successful Installation and Distribution Manager will have extensive knowledge of Retail and Visual merchandising campaign execution. You will be skilled at Allocation and Installation management. Management of distribution and courier services is key so you will extensive experience of this. Site visits are important so you will be experienced of retail surveys and site audits. You must also understand Risk assessments. You need to understand CAD drawings, POS & prop production materials also experience of POS buying is beneficial. To be successful in this role you must have experience of windows/special execution installation. It is also ideal that experience of managing multiple off-site teams.
