Position: Senior HR Manger

Location: flexible but ideally in the Dusseldorf, Germany Area

Salary: guideline: 80 000 Euros / annum + tools

Duration : 6 months contract / project

The Role

As Senior HR Manger, you will work closely together with various senior level managers across Germany and the European and even worldwide regions to create and deliver effective HR solutions, policies and procures. You will have a team to support you in these tasks. you will be responsible for researching and providing insights in regards to best practice for various DACH and Central/Western/Northerner European markets (eg DACH, Benelux etc) with the aim to secure, nurture and develop the best people, systems and processes. As a HR Manager, you will work in a multi-functional, multi country, multi project framework to make sure all countries are aligned and consistent in regards of HR activity. You will quickly gain extensive knowledge of the company and its current opportunity and challenges.

The Required Skills and Experience

You will be an influential individual ready for this large and often demanding role to impact various senior decision makers. The successful Senior HR Manger must be an excellent flexible communicator who thinks strategically and is process oriented. You will have excellent knowledge of HR legislation, labor law and best HR practices. You will also have good knowledge of stakeholder management and process fine tuning.You will have significant experience in areas like performance management, talent acquisition, data analysis and be up to date on the most modern techniques in regards to people motivation and people develop employees. Having a feeling for change management is great as you will and be able to add value in crossroad situations where its crucial to make the right choices and take the right actions. Strong English and German language a must.
