The company is seeking a Client Services Manager to manage a key and high-profile account.

The Role

As Client Services Manager your core responsibility will be the strategic development of both your teams and accounts Just as key will be the operational service delivery of the creative production and day to day management of your teams and prestigious blue-chip clients. You will be integral in strengthening the relationships with stakeholders and you will be relied upon to coach the team and provide support for the account’s marketing campaign requirements (which are really diverse 360 degrees marketing). You will quickly develop an understanding of your A-brand clients’ business, your region and industry sector. The company will expect you to review and revise current procedures to ensure efficiency. Beside managing the teams, you will need to managed supplier relationships (national and international), reviewing these regularly to ensure all marketing is delivered within set SLA’s.

The Required Skills and Experience

It goes without saying that as Client Services Manager, you will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but the successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of managing largescale projects within various marketing areas: digital, print, studio work, print, signage, packaging, loyalty programs etc. You will possess a proven track record in Leadership, Client Services and Account Management with a great understanding of P&L and budget managements. To be successful as the Client Services Manager, you must be innovative and have experience of finding effective solutions for client requirements and work to set deadlines and budgets with your team. You will have a proven history of managing people and experience of working within ideally end to end marketing services (in various areas – online, offline, etc).
