Salary package: Up to RUB 1,000,000 + bonus + tools (based on experience)
The Account Executive will work as part of the client service team to ensure that client campaigns are managed from inception through to delivery or installation on time and against operational and financial business targets. This individual needs to have an established understanding of production and marketing management and who will support the account team, and for specific projects, take full responsibility to deliver the vision of the campaign in parallel with the account strategies. We are seeking a retail focused individual who understands the challenges and demands associated with retail activity (particularly around special executions/shop in shop/window display).This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join a Global client who is about begin a relationship with new client. The client is an international Sporting Brand, is focused on market position in a competitive and innovative retail environment and needs us to support, enhance and drive the success of their in-store execution.
The Account Executive is accountable for supporting to lead a prestigious partner in the Fashion and Retail sector across the CIS region As a Campaign Manager you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects on certain campaigns, and for specific responsibilities and tasks as part of a wider team across briefs and adaptation of global toolkits, through supplier engagement and negotiation, project management and ultimate OTIF delivery or installation through to project wash up. Besides giving the leadership team assistance, you will lead multi-channel retail marketing and in-store campaigns which might include service and solutions lines such as: POS / POP materials, Print and Visual Merchandise, multi-material Display Units, loyalty programs, creative services / studio work, retail architecture etc. and many other additional service lines and associated solutions. You will also provide support to the wide team on operational and administrative tasks so you can focus more on the commercial and strategic side.
The Required Skills and Experience
- Experience working within an Operational role with a retail focus, including in-store experiences
- Experience working in a client facing role
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to strict time lines in a fast paced environment
- Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience of finding solutions
- Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals
- Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure
- Keen eye for detail across process and product, never accepting good enough
