A next-level-opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager – Print & POS to join a hugely successful and national outsourcer of various retail and marketing solutions. They manage to successfully deliver on large scale contracts with national A-brand clients thanks to their extensive supplier networks, their innovative cutting-edge technology and the fantastic subject matter expertise their workforce. In this role the core focus will be the management of projects, procurement and production of specifically Printed items for brand partners. This fantastic role will form an integral part of their growing team.
The Account Manager – Print & POS Items you will be accountable for all Print related Item related for your designated brand partners. This will include managing the strategy, operational aspects , the various stakeholders including the team, the client contacts and suppliers but also the KPIs, the SLAs the procurement and production of printed items. This will also include analytically improving processes and passionately seeking for innovation and ecological improvements within service offerings. You will be responsible for service delivery, operational success of the team and accounts. You will quickly develop an understanding of your account and their workflows and become their trusted partner when it comes to consulting on print, display, promotional items / gifts / merchandise / projects.
The Required Skills and Experience
As the Account Manager –Print & POS you will have extensive experience in marketing execution and / or procurement. Specifically in the area of Print and POS skills in promotional items – sometimes also called: promotional gifts / promotional merchandise / give-aways / freebies / gadgets etc. A background within a marketing agency, creative agency, print management company, retail marketing firm, BPO /or managed services firms linked to marketing services and solutions might fit best. Ideally someone who has managed A-brand accounts.
