The Role

As a Account Manager, you will be relied upon to manage the client’s project on-budget, on-time and with the highest level of service and quality. You will gather all information and perform quality campaign delivery. These campaigns are wide ranging and will include Digital, Direct and Social Media.  As well as Creative and eCRM  You will be expected to manage the job production; delivery and invoicing while ensuring all jobs are delivered on time. You will build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to ensure quality delivery on-time and within budget. The administration of the production is also expected of the Account Manager, this includes entering all specifics into the order management system, communicating with vendors, establishing budgets and maintaining daily tracking and analysis of benchmarking information. You will be comfortable with travelling as the role will require visits to a number of client sites.

The Required Skills and Experience

 It goes without saying that a Senior Account Manager will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional; as the successful candidate, you will also have a strong knowledge of campaign management in a marketing environment.  You will have Demonstrable experience in direct marketing, eCRM, digital, creative and database marketing. You will possess a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management ideally client side or Agency.  With a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. You will be innovative and have experience of finding effective solutions to client requirements.  As an Account Manager you will be working on multiple projects, so strong organisation and time management is a perquisite.   You may also be expected to take the lead with a small team so some management experience with be beneficial
