The Role

In this role as a Account Manager you will be responsible for managing projects and developing client and supplier relationships and gaining an excellent understanding of their marketing needs as well as environmental parameters. Managing the complex projects from A-Z is key, examples include: Print, Display, Promotional and Merchandise Promoting the firm as a superior and innovative and sustainable supplier of marketing solutions is a must at all times too. The Account Manager will run multiple projects and harmonize productions and procurement efforts and speaking with colleagues and contacts / stakeholders throughout the business. This makes being an efficient project manager with good communication skills essential. You will support and direct the team on projects bases & will also start new projects and monitor existing ones yourself whilst being relied upon to schedule meetings and ensure that all stakeholders and suppliers keep a good understanding of the important decision points throughout the jobs/campaigns.

The Required Skills and Experience

To be successful as the Account Manager will need expertise in the area of Marketing Print and POS, Exposure and a feeling for huge Retail, FMCG or technology brands can be a real advantage too. You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks, deliver successfully within agreed SLA’s and report and present success to senior management. Being organised and a strong communicator is essential in this role. Strong communication skills are essential for the role as you will manage projects across the UK. Being the key contact between suppliers / production, team members and partner brands / clients is where the key to success for this role is.
