This is an exciting time to join; the company is growing significantly and, as a result of the evolution of their current service offering, they have a rare opportunity for an Account Manager to manage digital output and work hand in hand with a key client in North London.

The Role

The Account Manager will provide an excellent and proactive service by ensuring that jobs are produced and delivered successfully, on time and according to the brief whilst achieving SLA’s, & KPI’s. You will work with the client services teams to manage digital output and digital advertising projects. You will be working with a high-priority client, creatively delivering excellence against the whole service offering including Campaign Management and Creative Services. You will be the go-to person, helping manage client’s relationships move forward, so your work will be pivotal to the future strategic growth of client relationships. The Account Manager will be part of a busy production team that is dedicated to consistency and quality across the clients branded advertising.

The Required Skills and Experience

It goes without saying that an Account Manager will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but, as the successful candidate, you will also have good knowledge B2B Digital Marketing and have experience of production of a variety projects. You will ideally have experience of standard and rich media banners, mobile creative, landing pages, and paid social campaign. You will ideally have some understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation. You will be very client facing and skilled at dealing with key stakeholders from multiple business silos.

You will possess a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management with a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. You will be innovative and have experience of finding effective solutions to client requirements. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be working on multiple projects, so strong organisation and time management is a prerequisite.

The Offering
