The Role

As a Account Manager, you will be relied upon to manage the client’s project on-budget, on-time and with the highest level of service and quality. You will gather all information and perform quality campaign delivery. You’ll work alongside the rest of the Client Services Team, as well as with the Planning, Data, Creative, Analytics and Operations teams to develop and deliver on our integrated accounts. Bringing with you an ability to handle multiple priorities, you’ll take responsibility for managing the end-to-end campaign brief process and will be involved at all stages across channel and media planning, creative development, and operations delivery. You’ll be responsible for briefing all teams, reviewing their work, presenting proposals and delivering them back to the client, all with the support of the Senior Account Director and Client Services team.

You’ll ensure that jobs are scheduled, briefed, and budgeted in a timely and accurate manner. You’ll be liaising with your clients on a daily basis so your ability to build relationships is key to the success of the role. You will be comfortable with travelling as the role will require visits to a number of client sites.

The Required Skills and Experience

It goes without saying that a Account Manager will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional; as the successful candidate, you will also have a strong knowledge of campaign management in a marketing environment.  You will have Demonstrable experience in direct marketing and activation of Data Driven campaigns.  You will possess a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management ideally client side or Agency.  With a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. You will be innovative and have experience of finding effective solutions to client requirements.  As an Account Manager you will be working on multiple projects, so strong organisation and time management is a perquisite.   You may also be expected to take the lead with a small team so some management experience with be beneficial
