Position: Account Director – POS & Print
Location: London/South East
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 DOE + Bonus
An interesting and exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Account Director to join a hugely successful, multinational outsource provider to manage their key accounts. As a comprehensive outsource solution they are able to leverage an extensive supplier network, this is to ensure a best quality first approach for all clients. This fantastic role within the Print Management world will form an integral part of their multi million-pound organization and help further drive roots across EMEA region.
The Account Director is accountable for the operational management of a mature POS, Print and Promotional Merchandise account. This involves the management and delivery of all Display requirements, additional service lines and associated tasks. You will be responsible for service delivery, people management, client relationships, and financial performance to reflect contractual agreements.
You will be accountable for the development and operational management of a substantial element of this contract and must ensure that operational support to the client is managed exceptionally and delivered efficiently while providing strong leadership and support to the dedicated team. You will also be responsible for the retention, development and compliance of a designated element of the assigned account.
The Required Skills and Experience
As an Account Director you will have extensive experience of the Retail Display and Print Management environments, including the execution and management of Managed Service strategies as well as an excellent understanding of planning, budget and cost management. Your service delivery skills will be excellent and you will also be able to develop and execute alternative solutions.
You will have extensive experience of all Print Management categories, going from implementation to marketing production, over to colour management and procurement and including Point of Sale, Print and Premium Gifts. An understanding of Multi-channel Account Management (Digital, Mobile, Print, Cross Media) would be beneficial but is not a must.
