As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing new and existing service products. The business works with most customers on a bespoke basis, so you will need to find the right package based on the client’s and of course ensure that is deliverable. You will be responsible for handling support calls, coordinating the launch of new products and verifying the technical quality aspects as well as creating support knowledge to be distributed accordingly. This will also involve working on new initiatives to improve industry products and solutions. The products that you will look after within this role will be from Commercial and Industrial printing and include hardware, controller and connectivity). Our client is a Global presence you will be supporting a number of companies and launching multiple new products annually.
The Required Skills and Experience
As a Senior Technical Product Manager influential individual ready for this large and often demanding role. To be successful in the role you must be an excellent communicator who thinks strategically, is process oriented and has a strong technical support background. You will have proven history of working commercial printers, high end colour and black and white printers as well as flatbed, inkjet. Understanding of data analytics strong troubleshooting experience. You will be CIP (connectivity) Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience of Graphic Arts. The role may require travel so you must be flexible to meet the customers and business requirements
