As a Senior Service Controller, you will be based in the Dusseldorf hub but work closely together with wider European structure. The aim of the role is to create and deliver on obligations within the fields of: forecasting, controlling and analysing. Tasks may range from holding responsibility over warranty cost budget plans to forecasting, to analysing and reporting on revenue, profits, etc. to analysing data and pushing for improvements based on discovered patterns and trends. With revenue in the millions, this role will hold a significant amount of data and responsibilities. As Senior Service Controller, you will work in a multi-functional and multi country framework to make sure all countries in your regions (mainly DACH but also European) are continuously professionalised, harmonized and finetuned. You will quickly gain extensive knowledge of the company and its market to find where improvements and change can be and must be made. Managing a small team, may be part of your duties.
The Required Skills and Experience
You will be an influential individual ready for this large and often demanding role in order to continue and fine-tune the ongoing smooth processes within the business. The successful Senior Service Controller must be an excellent communicator who thinks strategically and has a keen eye for data and a great competence when it comes to analysing it and extracting meaning and direction from it. A background / education in finance is essential as is an affinity to Software systems (eg SAP). Good communication and presentation skills are needed as is a general IT affinity (eg Office). A passion for tech companies may be a bonus as are leadership / team management skills. It goes without saying you will have excellent verbal and written communications skills in German and English language. Any other Europeans languages would be a great benefit.
