In your capacity as Business Development Manager you will play a key role in helping the company achieve their growth objectives. You will have been responsibility for the acquisition, development and deployment of new business. You will propose and develop as well as implement new business strategies. You will drive new tactical initiatives to drive revenue and brand awareness. You will generate sales activity by identifying key decision makers and purchasers of print and promotional services. You will manage a pipeline of prospects leads and maintain regular contact with key stakeholders. You will be accountable and influential in the success and profitability of the company by exploring and adopting new business opportunities. You will accurately maintain the CRM system to ensure all reporting and analysis is correct.
The Required Skills and Experience
The successful Business Development Manager you will be a very proactive and be shrewd sales professional. You will have strong knowledge of Labels with a proven track history of delivering sales. You will be an astute communicator who is comfortable dealing with not only blue-chip clients but also smaller retail clients. You will be self starting and drive to achieve your KPI’s set by the sales director.
You will be an ambitious, influential individual ready for this large and often demanding role. To be successful, you will need strong experience in business development and client relationship management and be able to demonstrate industry knowledge of Labels and other packaging solutions,
