The (semi) permanent POS Account Manager is a crucial hire for this new account. You will be based onsite predominantly however some travel to head office will also be a factor during the early stages of the role. You will manage innovative end to end (semi) permanent POS and Print campaigns. Your focus will be on working with the high end retail client to ensure a smooth process that is delivered on time and to budget.
The Required Skills and Experience
Ideally, the successful Account Manager will have worked within a similar environment, performing similar functions to those outlined above. You will have worked with clients in the Retail, Financial, Pharmaceutical, Travel and Leisure sectors, developing and creating brilliant networks. You will be a skilled negotiator, with a good understanding of workflow and managing data – Excel skills would be a particular bonus.
This is a high end retail client so retail (semi) permanent POS experience with materials like metal, woods and platsics would be a huge benefit. The Account Manager will have a thorough understanding of MIS systems, tools and calculators with strong commercial awareness. Communication will be key in this role so the ability to build and develop relationships whilst resolving any issues that may occur is crucial. Implementation experience on new wins may also be useful for this position.
