This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Specialist Account Manager to join a leading international Marketing Services provider with offices across the globe. You will be trusted with taking the lead on a diverse spectrum of premium and promotional campaigns for one of their most prestigious clients. In this role, you will be responsible for applying your subject matter expertise to consult on premium and promotional campaigns. This will include developing the client and supplier relationships at a strategic level to ensure the delivery of innovative next-level campaigns. Understanding their premium and promotional needs is equally as important as using your initiative and knowledge of best practice to proactively suggest constant improvements. Managing the projects from A-Z is key, as is being the central communication point for all stakeholders. Promoting the firm as a superior supplier of marketing solutions at all times is a must. Procurement of materials and development of the local DACH and worldwide supplier networks are also part of the role.
The Required Skills and Experience
To be successful as the Specialist Account Manager you will need relevant experience and knowledge of running marketing campaigns for clients in the areas of Premiums and Promotional Items. Knowledge of classic campaigns (pens, USBs) is great but knowledge of bespoke, innovative high-end campaigns is even better. A link to the Luxury, FMCG and Technology / Consumer Electronics brands would also be advantageous. You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver successfully within agreed SLA’s. German language skills are essential, as is the ability to speak and write in English. You will also have knowledge of procurement – managing relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
