A high-end POS Producer is seeking an experienced Account Manager to assist with one of their flagship accounts, you will work onsite and help with the production of print and POS. As an Account Manager your core responsibility will be the delivery of Marketing and POS campaigns. You will be integral in strengthening the relationships with your client and you will be relied upon to provide support for their day to day print requirements. You will quickly develop an understanding of your client’s business and industry sector. You will monitor and review status of projects, agree critical paths and proactively manage the account. You will have a keen eye on the commercials on the account and you will focus on driving optimal gross profit on all business. The company will expect you to review and revise current procedures to ensure efficiency. You will assist with the preparation of regular operational reports, together with SLA management.
The Required Skills and Experience
It goes without saying that an Account Manager will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional, but the successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of POS and ideally commercial print. You will possess a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management with a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. You will ideally have sales mindset and be comfortable talking to clients whilst being mindful of revenue and profit. You must be innovative and have experience of finding effective solutions for client requirements. You will be working on multiple projects, so strong organisational and time management skills are a must.
In return for your skills and experience as an Account Manager, the company is offering an attractive basic salary up to £35,000 depending on experience, a pension scheme.
