Position:        Account Manager – POS

Salary:            Upto £40,000

The Opportunity

A creative led market leading provider of print and print management solutions are now in the market for a talented Account Manager. This role will to work closely with a team of Account Manager to drive POS to a key clients. They have a broad portfolio of technology and services that provide POS communication support that clears the way for clients to focus on what they do best – their real business.

The Role

As a Account Manager your core responsibility will be the delivery of POS campaigns. You will be integral in strengthening the relationships with clients and you will be relied upon to provide support for their day to day print requirements. You will quickly develop an understanding of your clients business and industry sector. The company will expect you to review and revise current procedures to ensure efficiency. You will be integral to relationships. . You will be the senior lead within the client services team; you will manage all individuals on a day to day basis, coach and develop their current skill set and ensure all individuals achieve their own current kpi’s. You will also take the lead on writing reports to provide to line and client alike.

The Required Skills and Experience

It goes without saying that a Account Manager will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but the successful candidate will ideally have a strong understanding of 2D and 3D POS. Experience of semi/perm would be benificial howevever this will be taugh.  You will possess a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management with a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. You will have strong exposure to Print Manufacturing techniques. A understanding of the creative process will also be a huge advantage.

To be successful as the Account Manager, you must be innovative and have experience of finding effective solutions for client requirements. You will be working on multiple projects, so strong organisation and time management is a must.
