Due to significant growth within their key account division, there is now a need for a talented Account Director to join and contribute towards their ‘right first time’ world class service.
As Account Director your core responsibility will be managing a team that is responsible for the delivery of Promotion and Print campaigns. You will be integral in strengthening the relationships with clients, production teams and suppliers at the top level (Iberian wide but also internationally). You will quickly develop an understanding of your A-brand clients’ business and of your team’s performance. Having previous experience with managing P&L and with setting and achieving SLAs is essential. You will coordinate the regional teams and promote the company values (locally and abroad) at all times.
The Required Skills and Experience
It goes without saying that as an Account Director you will be tenacious, driven and eager to push forward! Having previous experience with managing teams and having an affinity to the fields of Commercial Print and POS marketing materials is a must. You will possess a proven track record in People management (ideally client facing teams) & financial and strategic management of accounts. To be successful as the Account Director, you must be innovative and have experience of finding effective solutions for problems and being meticulous when it comes to working to set deadlines and budgets. Fluent Spanish & strong English is a must. Any other languages are a bonus (for example: French, Portuguese or Italian).
