As an Account Director you will work with a key clients and your core responsibility will be service deliver. You will be integral in strengthening the relationships with clients and you will be relied upon to provide support for their print requirements. Working with a hub of key clients will be required you to build strong relationships face to face as well as quickly developing an understanding of your clients business and industry sector. The company will expect you to review and revise current procedures to ensure efficiency. Working closely with a list of supplier you will be important to managing these long term relationships. You will have responsibility for all commercials agreed and ensure all service levels are maintained. The Account Director will also have responsibility for driving new business through the existing relationship.
The Required Skills and Experience
The successful Account Director will have extensive print industry knowledge. You will have strong exposure to Point of Sale and ideally strong knowledge of the retail sector. You will have a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management coupled with a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. You will be innovative and have experience finding effective solutions to client requirements. As the Account Director you will be managing multiple clients so strong organisation and time management is a prerequisite. Its goes without saying that you will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but, to excel in this role, you will also need strong experience of providing innovative ways to add additional value, and revenue, to active accounts.
In return for your skills and contribution as Account Director, this award winning business will offer you a salary between £50,000 and £55,000.
