The Role

As an Account Director, you will be based on site with a key client and your core responsibility will be the nurturing a key client relationship. You will be integral to strengthening the relationships with the client.  You will develop a network of first class suppliers, manage performance of these suppliers and ensure all work is completed within the SLA.  The Account Director will manage key projects and ensure all projects are on track.   You will be proactive in identifying growth opportunities for the business and have full responsibility for a large budget and P&L. You will manage the account performance against target and assume responsibility for a team of one; you will manage their performance and drive personal development.  You will take responsibility for the full quality process.

The Required Skills and Experience

 It goes without saying that an Account Director will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but, as the successful candidate, you will also have a strong knowledge of variety of print mediums.  You will have ideally have experience of managing multiple service lines that may include Print, Direct Mail, POS, Digital and Creative Services. You will have strong experience of dealing with large P&L and budgets and have a keen eye for identifying savings.  You will be very client facing and skilled at dealing with key stakeholders from multiple business silos.

You will possess a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management with a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. You will be innovative and have experience of finding effective solutions to client requirements.  As an Account Director you will be working on multiple projects, so strong organisation and time management is a prerequisite.
