As a Product Manager, you will drive product launches and growth of new innovative products, services and solutions. You will hold the responsibility for various aspects ranging from the marketing and commercial efforts behind launching new products to the training and developing of the teams to have sufficient relevant subject matter expertise. The international aspect is really important too: ensuring all countries across the UK and the EMEA region follow the same guidance and are strategically aligned. Managing stakeholders across borders is key to the role, although travel requirements will likely be minimal. Monitoring sales revenues including annuity to enable OpCo to deliver revenue for their product range
The Required Skills and Experience
You will be an ambitious, influential individual ready for this large and often demanding role the successful. The Product Manager must be an excellent leader and communicator who combines technical insights with outstanding soft skills.
Having previous experience of Product Manager is a must and ideally you will have strong knowledge of Industrial Print solutions and service. It would also be highly advantageous to have knowledge of Industrial Ink Jets. Implementation of products across various markets is also a need. Being familiar with the indirect / channel / partner business model is also a must, as is knowing how to be part of a global corporate organisation and brand that operates within a matrix type organisation. It goes without saying you will have excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as being very detail orientated (any languages are a bonus but not essential).
In return for your skills and contributions as Product Manager, this fantastic company is prepared to offer an competitive salary of upto £56,000 plus a bonus in addition to all the expected advantages of being part of a global company.
