Position: Senior Product Manager
Salary: £100 000 Package (including bonus and car)
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Senior Product Manager to join a leading IT Manufacturer, specialising in various innovative solutions including the fields of BPO and document management (think of Kofax, Docuware, Baseware etc.). Besides their prestigious and expansive channel partner network, they also have a reputation for excellence and are trusted by many leading end-user organisations to be their preferred supplier. This is an exciting time to join the business, as they continue to launch new products, services and solutions across both the UK & EMEA regions. You will benefit from a competitive renumeration package (including bonus and car) and will be presented with many opportunities to lead and excel in the role.
As Senior Product Manager, you will drive product launches and growth of new innovative products, services and solutions (especially within the indirect / partner / channel business model). You will hold the responsibility for various aspects ranging from the marketing and commercial efforts behind launching new products to the training and developing of the teams to have sufficient relevant subject matter expertise. The international aspect is really important too: ensuring all countries across the UK and the EMEA region follow the same guidance and are strategically aligned. Managing stakeholders and teams across borders is key to the role, which is more within a dotted matrix line structure, although travel requirements will likely be minimal. Monitoring the P&L (in the tens of millions) continuously and reporting on results is also essential.
The Required Skills and Experience
You will be an ambitious, influential individual ready for this large and often demanding role (creating and executing strategy). The successful Senior Product Manager must be an excellent leader and communicator who combines technical insights with outstanding soft skills.
Having previous experience with document management or equivalent products, solutions and services is a must; e.g. knowledge of Kofax, Docuware, Baseware would be highly advantageous in conjunction with knowledge of how to implement document workflow solutions across various markets. Being familiar with the indirect / channel / partner business model is also a must, as is knowing how to be part of a global corporate organisation and brand that operates within a matrix type organisation. It goes without saying you will have excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as being very detail orientated (any languages are a bonus but not essential).
In return for your skills and contributions as Senior Product Manager, this fantastic company is prepared to offer an extremely competitive salary package of up to six figures, (including a car and bonus compartment), in addition to all the expected advantages of being part of a global company. It’s an exciting time to join this global company as they are seeking future leaders to help shape their future strategies.
